Acceptance of these terms
By accessing xPurna, you agree to these Terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. xPurna is an adult-oriented catalog and search experience for links and embedded players supplied by third-party sources.
Adult access only
You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult material under the laws where you live and where you access the site. Do not use xPurna if adult content is illegal in your location or if you are prohibited from viewing it.
No hosting of videos
xPurna does not host videos, copyrighted video files, or streaming media on its servers. Video players, thumbnails, metadata, and source links may come from third-party services. Responsibility for hosted video files, player availability, copyright licensing, age records, and source-platform compliance belongs to the third-party host, uploader, producer, or rights holder.
Requests to remove, disable, or block a hosted video file should be sent to the platform that actually hosts that file. xPurna may remove links or catalog entries from its index, but removing an xPurna page does not remove content from a third-party server.
Prohibited use
You may not use xPurna to find, request, submit, distribute, or promote illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, coercion, bestiality, unlawful obscene material, threats, harassment, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
You may not scrape the site at abusive rates, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, impersonate others, or use xPurna in a way that violates applicable law.
2257 and performer records
xPurna is not the producer of third-party embedded videos and does not create, film, upload, host, sell, or maintain performer age-verification records for third-party material. Questions about records required under the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act, 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A, or related regulations should be directed to the producer, custodian of records, or host identified by the source platform.
Illegal-content reports
xPurna has zero tolerance for child exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, trafficking, and illegal obscene content. Report links in xPurna's index to support@xpurna.com with the page URL, the reason for the report, and any supporting details. If a report concerns immediate danger or child exploitation, contact law enforcement and the hosting platform as well.
Disclaimers and liability
xPurna is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, accurate third-party metadata, player availability, or that third-party material is lawful in every location. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xPurna disclaims warranties and is not liable for third-party content, third-party platforms, or user misuse of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable EU, EEA, UK, or other consumer-protection laws.
