Important hosting notice

xPurna does not host videos, copyrighted video files, or streaming media on its servers. xPurna indexes metadata, links, and embedded players supplied by third-party sources. If your request concerns removal of a hosted video file, send the takedown notice to the platform or service that actually hosts the file.

xPurna can review requests to remove or disable access to xPurna catalog pages, links, thumbnails, metadata, or embedded references that appear in our index. Removing an xPurna entry does not remove the underlying file from a third-party host.

DMCA takedown notices

To request removal of material from xPurna's index, send a written notice to support@xpurna.com with all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact xPurna URL or other information reasonably sufficient to locate the material in our index.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled from xPurna's index by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@xpurna.com. Include your signature, the removed xPurna URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA rules.

Repeat infringement and abuse

xPurna may remove indexed links, block sources, restrict access, or take other action against repeat infringement, abusive notices, illegal-content reports, or attempts to misuse the site. We may forward notices to affected parties, service providers, or legal authorities when appropriate.

Other illegal-content reports

Reports involving child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, or other illegal content should be sent to support@xpurna.com and to the hosting platform. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact law enforcement.
